Refund policy

At Nihar Lifestyle, we strive to provide you with the best quality saree covers, blazer covers, chair covers, and other products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number/invoice) is required for all return requests.

  • Customized or used products are not eligible for return or exchange.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return/refund:

  • Products purchased during clearance or sale.

  • Customized or personalized orders.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, wear & tear, or improper handling.


3. Refund Process

  • Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


4. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the requested replacement is not available, a refund will be issued instead.


5. Damaged or Wrong Product

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video as proof.

  • We will arrange a replacement or initiate a refund at no extra cost.


6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been shipped.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
